Refund policy

We have a 30-day returns policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or order number. 

To start the return process, you can contact us at or visit us in-store. 

Items must be returned in their original packaging to the address below:

The customer is responsible for covering shipping cost of returned items.

Please make sure you retain proof of postage.

Please note, All garments are shipped with a sticker on the front which says "Once removed I'm yours to keep". Please ensure to not remove this sticker if you are intending to return an item. If the sticker is removed, we will not be able to offer you a refund or an exchange. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products, underwear, earrings) are not eligible for returns. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Pop us an email and we will advise if the item required is in stock and organise the exchange with you.


Once we have received your return you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note it can take 3-5 days for the refund to appear in your account.
