Potter Edmund Davies makes beautiful objects using a variety of different clays, slips and glazes. All his ceramics are made at his studio in the heart of Norwich, Helgate pottery.
These beautiful candlesticks are wheel thrown in one piece and are unglazed, leaving the beautiful texture of this British crank stoneware clay exposed, which is rich in manganese and iron giving it that deep brown/black colour. We recommend a standard dinner candle be used with these.
